ABOUT ME

I’m Dr. Thangavel, and I specialize in quantitative social science research with a focus on workplace dynamics and employee well-being. I hold a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from Anna University, Chennai, where I had the honor of being a Rank Holder receiving multiple gold medals and merit scholarships. My research combines advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to help organizations design better employee policies and create healthier, more productive work environments.

Over the years, I’ve been passionate about using the latest analytical techniques to solve complex problems related to work-life balance, organizational commitment, and employee well-being. My goal is to turn data into compelling stories that can drive meaningful change whether that’s in the classroom, in academic journals, or in conversations with organizational leaders and stakeholders.

I’m deeply motivated by curiosity and a love for learning, which has led me to dedicate a significant portion of my career to mentoring students and providing pro-bono consultations to organizations aiming to enhance their workplace dynamics. I firmly believe that bridging the gap between data science and human behavior can foster work environments that benefit both individuals and organizations. Through my research and professional endeavors, I strive to advance our understanding of the complex, ever-evolving nature of work, and I am excited to continue making a meaningful impact in this area.
